I started working with JJ in 2020 to sell my mother's house after she passed away. JJ provided other properties in the area that were for sale (for comparison) and gave me an idea of how much we could ask for the house. He had some great ideas on how to create interest in the house. In August 2020, the derecho storm hit - so repairs were needed (and time-consuming). In late 2021, we were ready to sell, and JJ did a great job listing the house, including the write-up and photos, and was always responsive to my texts and emails. He was especially helpful in guiding me through the negotiations after we received an offer and getting us to the finish line (closing date in early January 2022)!
